RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Pine + Stone Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. We also offer exchanges if you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style. Please contact us to initiate an exchange. Please note that personalized and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
